What this site is
Drakoniquand publishes independent written guides about casual puzzle games and about setting up devices sensibly to play them. It is commentary and instruction produced by a player. It is not operated by, licensed by or connected to any studio or platform, and it is not a support channel for any product.
What is sold, and what is not
- One item is sold: a PDF handbook written by the publisher, described on the handbook page.
- No in-game currency, coins, stars, lives, boosters or accounts are traded here, in either direction.
- No files, modified clients or private servers are hosted or linked from any page.
- No competition, prize or giveaway is run from this site.
- No advertising and no affiliate links appear anywhere on it.
- No payment is processed on the site; no page here accepts a card number.
Order terms for the handbook
The seller. An individual, Mason Taylor of Dunedin, selling occasionally rather than as a registered business. There is no NZBN and no GST registration, so no GST invoice is issued; a plain receipt is available on request. The price shown is the total in New Zealand dollars.
Placing an order. The form starts a conversation rather than a sale, and no money moves when you send it. A contract comes into being at the point where I have confirmed the order in writing and the transfer has been made. Every step involving money happens in email, never on a page of this site.
Delivery. Within two business days of the transfer showing up, the file goes to whichever address you gave on the form. Non-arrival is a common enough email problem that resending costs nothing and needs no explanation, so say so and it goes again.
Faults and refunds. If the file is not delivered, will not open, or is not what the handbook page describes, you choose between a repair, a replacement and a refund. That runs alongside the guarantees in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which cannot be excluded by agreement for a consumer purchase. As a digital file delivered on payment there is no automatic change-of-mind right, but an order cancelled before the file is sent is cancelled in full and nothing is charged.
Accuracy, and what the setup advice is not
Settings described here were checked on current devices on the date shown on each page. Platform vendors move and rename settings without notice, and a described screen may not match yours exactly. Everything is provided as is, with no warranty of completeness or currency.
Specifically: the family and purchase settings described are the ones the platforms provide, and nothing here is a guarantee that a device cannot be used to spend money. Supervision remains a human matter and no setting replaces it.
Reuse of the material
The text, the layout and the site's own graphics are the publisher's work. You may quote a reasonable extract for review, criticism, teaching or news reporting where Drakoniquand is credited and the page is linked. Republishing entire guides, or feeding them into a service that reproduces them, requires written permission first.
Game names, logos and screenshots belong to their owners and appear here for identification and commentary. Nothing on this site licenses them to you.
Links to other sites
Outbound links go to official store listings and occasionally to other publishers. Those destinations are outside my control and I take no responsibility for their content, accuracy or availability. A link records relevance at the time it was added and nothing more.
Liability
Use of this site is at your own risk. To the extent the law permits, the publisher is not liable for loss arising from reliance on a guide or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here excludes or limits a right under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acceptable use
Use the forms to write to me about this site. Anything automated, anything hostile, and every offer to buy a link or place an advertisement goes in the bin without a reply. Interfering with the site or the servers behind it is not on, and gets reported to whoever hosts the source of it.
Governing law and changes
New Zealand law governs this agreement and New Zealand courts decide any dispute under it. When these terms are revised the date at the top moves, and reading the site after that date is what makes the revised version the one that binds you.
